The requirement survey guides the entire process, and therefore we provide the necessary advice right away. There are two scenarios here: 1) We attend to the needs of a customer who comes with a sketch, a photo or a launched product, and who only wants to develop it; 2) When the customer doesn't have a clear idea of the final product, we handle the design stage and create the prototype internally. Once the prototype has been delivered and validated, the budget is presented.
After the prototype has been approved, the sample modeling stage begins. Each model's fittings are executed according to the different markets and their requirements.
It's time to buy and prepare raw materials. In the absence of a deadline, this usually requires a minimum of 45 days. We then move on to the production line, but not without confirming any changes to the original plan. Production is divided into 4 stages: cutting, sewing, assembling, and packaging.
We adopt Quality Control practices, ensuring that the whole process is conducted according to the requirements and only after each phase has been validated. In addition to Carribel, the process may also be carried out by the customer or third parties.
The delivery service is at the discretion of the customer. We can handle the entire shipping process, but customers may also pick up the order at our facilities or opt for delivery intermediaries such as freight forwarders.
